My dedication to our community has never stopped.

My name is Shondra Summers-Armstrong, and I am a candidate for Nevada Assembly District 6. My husband, Karl Armstrong, and I have lived and raised three wonderful sons in this community.

It is important for you to know that my dedication to our community has never stopped. I have continued to work on initiatives like bail reform, affordable housing and advancing access to contracting opportunities for our local small and minority owned business.

During the COVID-19 crisis, I have reached out to many of you (especially our seniors) by phone and text to share information on available resources so that we can get through this pandemic together as a community of friends and neighbors.

The General Election is just a month or so away. Please sign up for my newsletter so you stay up-to-date on the campaign. I want to make sure you’re invited to virtual small groups and town hall meetings. It is important that we discuss and strategize solutions to issues that affect our community.

I believe that I can be a strong advocate in Carson City, and that I will represent our collective voices.
